Look at the Top 10 – Zillow and RE/MAX have continued to make gains, and will likely continue to do so.  I suspect that RE/MAX’s push to bring the nation’s MLS systems all under one roof has something to do with their gain, and Zillow continues to disprove the skeptics that say you have to have massive advertising budgets to establish a presence online.  Ever seen a Zillow ad on TV?  I didn’t think so.
