A graduate of Messiah College in PA (1998) and self-described volleyball junkie, Jeremy worked with the Philadelphia Phillies minor league affiliate in Kannapolis, NC prior to moving to Blacksburg in 2000, where he and his wife Natalie have lived since that time. Natalie, a 2000 graduate of Virginia Tech, continues her work at the university as an NCAA compliance officer in the athletic department.

Born and raised in the New River valley, Steve Ayers has served his community for many years as a life member of both the Blacksburg Fire Department and the Blacksburg Rescue Squad. After a successful career in communications sales that required global travel, Steve settled back in Blacksburg with his wife, Karen, where they raised their two (now grown) children, April and Dallas.

Meet Aaron
A 1998 graduate of Virginia Tech, NRVLiving Team Manager Aaron holds a B.S. in Forestry & Wildlife Resources and an M.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In combination, these degrees give her an appreciation for land and its natural resources, along with a solid grasp of how best to match properties to our clients' needs. As a former ECOBROKER Certified® REALTOR® and a new mom, Aaron respects the energy, environmental, health, and family concerns that influence your real estate decisions. In addition, her project management skills and years of real estate sales experience ensure that your real estate transaction will be as streamlined as possible.

As our Team Manager, Aaron tracks the details of every contract - ordering inspections, setting up closings, coordinating paperwork, and generally keeping all of the parties informed about the transaction details. She also assists with marketing, to make sure all of our listings receive the broadest advertising coverage possible. She performs most of her work virtually from home, where she resides with her husband, Brian, and raises their daughter, Hadleigh.
