I don’t write about clients much ever, but sometimes things just strike you. I have a client who’s writing an offer on a home in Christiansburg this weekend. It’s a nice townhouse, and perfect for their situation.
She made the comment to me the other day that “it’s been two years since we first started working together.”
That’s dedication.
There’s a lot of work to be done when buying a home these days, and it’s a fluid environment. But she stuck with it, she did what she needed to do to be ready, and she’s on the doorstep – like how I did that? – of buying her first home. I’m proud of her.
Now let’s write that offer.
