I Need A Magic 8-Ball

by Jeremy on June 6, 2011

Ask Again 150x150 I Need A Magic 8 BallWe’re nearly halfway through the year, and I’m trying to make sense of the numbers.

Last year through June 6, there had been 550 homes sold in the New River Valley MLS, and in 2011 during that same time there have been 508 sales.  Median sales prices are within $500 of each other ($148500 in 2010, $149000 in 2011).

Anyone have a Magic 8-Ball I can consult?
