Yesterday, I was meeting with potential sellers about putting their home on the market, and made the comment “price matters more than ever.”

That’s not a sales pitch, stay with me.

Last night, catching up on my ever-expanding news reader, I came across this video by Steve Harney.  Steve’s a great speaker, and someone I try to catch as often as possible. And he’s right on point here – if you have to sell now,

    make sure it’s going to sell now
