Get In The Pool, Kids

I posted on Twitter this “tweet” Monday night …

“Need proof real estate is doing well in the NRV? Two weeks on the market, multiple competing offers on a Christiansburg townhouse.”

This isn’t the first time in the last couple of weeks I’ve seen this, and I’ve seen it in several different price ranges.  Looks like buyers really are jumping in the pool.
