Hey Christiansburg – How’s The Water?

You came back?! Wow, I lost that bet - but glad you're here!

It’s that time of year again where the local communities begin publishing the results of their water tests during the previous year.  According to federal and state regulations, the local Water Authority (described as the Blacksburg-Christiansburg-VPI Water Authority) has to monitor for 76 regulated, 48 unregulated, and many nonregulated contaminants in our drinking water. 

Christiansburg has just published the results of their testing in the document entitled, simply enough, the “2007 Water Quality Report.”  You can download the whole report here, or view the table following:
