"Who’s Larry Cragun", you ask? I don’t know – I have no idea, never met the man. But I know I’ve read his blog, Real Estate Undressed (not as exciting as it sounds), and this morning I found that he nominated a NRVLiving Real Estate Blog post for a Magnificent 7 Consumer Article! Yes! Bring on the fame, fortune and glory that comes with being a real estate blogger!!
** Insert sound of crickets chirping here **
A couple of weeks ago I wrote a post entitled "There’s Blood In The Streets". It talked about volatility in the real estate market, and referenced an article at Time.com. Apparently, it struck a cord with Larry, and he reposted it on his site. There are some other great articles there, if you’re interested you ought to head over. Check out:
- Carol Williams – Not All Home Inspections Are Created Equal
- Dan Melson – Getting Out Of Pre-Payment Penalties and The Worst Of The Predators
- Jennifer Kirby – Home Owners Want To Be Lied To
- Nigel Swaby – FHA Wants To Help You Refinance
- Rhonda Porter – Bait & Switch Mortgage Rate Advertisements
Thanks, Larry!
Jeremy, Thanks for the mention of my article in your blog too!

Congrats on your February 2008 nominee for the Magnificent 7. It’s amazing how many posts Larry takes the time to read and narrow down to his monthly favorites. I enjoyed reading Blood on the Streets.
