If you’ve lived in the New River Valley for any period of time, it’s quite possible you’ve heard of Stuart Mease.  He knows everyone, it seems – I saw him at a basketball game the other night, working the crowd, shaking hands, talking to folks of all ages.  He even ran for Mayor of Blacksburg a few years ago.
